Pay cash on delivery (orders up to Rs 10,000), or transfer to our bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa account. Bank transfer orders are processed once payment is received.
Delivery is charged by weight and shown at checkout before you place your order. A small extra charge applies to cash on delivery.
We usually dispatch within 3 days; delivery within Pakistan takes about 4-7 days.
Use the Track order page with your order number and phone number. Once your parcel ships, you'll see the courier tracking number there.
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number as soon as possible.
